The Vine Medical Centre Pharmacy Technician Vacancy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly, “family-like” Practice team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our very experienced and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist Team in implementing medicines management within the Practice. They will identify areas for improvement, initiate and manage change under supervision to ensure effective and efficient use of medicines, and be supported by a team of GP Assistants and Care Coordinators.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Experience of working as a Pharmacy Technician
• A valid registration with the GPhC
• A strong knowledge of medicines, contraindications and safe use
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The Practice will fully support the successful candidate in their completion of the CPPE PCPEP pathway to assist with their integration into Primary Care, if not already completed.
