If you’re a patient at our practice you can use the NHS App, to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to get health advice, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP health record and more. You can also book any appointment that doesn't need to be triaged first.

Repeat Requests

Patient who is on long-term medication will be given a computerised request slip listing every item that they are allowed to order without seeing a doctor.

Requests can be made by ticking any item you require and either posting it or delivering it to the surgery.

We are unable to process your prescription by telephone as this can lead to mistakes, though you can order by fax or directly online using the form below.

After a specified number of repeats, you will be required to speak to a Clinician to review your medications to ensure that they are working effectively before further prescriptions are issued. This may also require blood pressure readings and/or blood tests.

For some patients, who are prescribed regular tablets or capsules (not on inhalers or creams) for long-term, stable conditions, may be prescribed a 3 month supply of medication. This will only apply if all of the repeat medication items are for long-term, stable conditions. Clinicians at the Practice will identify patients where this applies and prescribe accordingly.
