Care Navigators are responsible for assisting patients in coordinating their healthcare needs, ensuring they access the right services and support, and promoting overall well-being. From time to time, they may have students or trainees observing their practice to learn about patient-centered care and service coordination.
GP Assistant
GP Assistants are responsible for managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining patient records, ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services. Occasionally, they may have students or trainees observing their work to gain insight into office management and administrative processes in a healthcare setting. As well as this they are assisting the Pharmacy team with prescription requests.
Medical Secretary
Medical Secretaries are responsible for managing patient referrals, coordinating communication between healthcare providers, and ensuring the timely processing of referral documents. Occasionally, they may have students or trainees observing their work to learn about the administrative processes involved in managing patient referrals within a healthcare setting.
Care Co ordiantor
Care Coordinators are responsible for organising and managing patient care across various healthcare services, ensuring patients receive the appropriate treatments and support. Occasionally, they may have students or trainees observing their work to gain insight into care management and the coordination of services in a healthcare setting.
